5. Masjid Services and Tutors

Masjid services and tutoring sessions are provided by the respective institutions or individuals. Al-Saut-Fi acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality or conduct of these services.

5.2 Bookings

Bookings for services or tutors are subject to the availability and specific terms of the service provider.

6. Intellectual Property

The Al-Saut-Fi platform, including its design, logos, and proprietary features, is the intellectual property of Al-Saut-Fi. Users are granted a limited license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Al-Saut-Fi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies in prayer times, disruptions in service, or interactions with third-party service providers.
