Who Is a Muslim?
The word Islam stems from the Arabic root S-L-M, conveying both Peace and Submission to God. A Muslim is simply one who consciously strives to align their life with their Creator.
Not an Ethnicity or Cultural Club
Over 1.9 billion Muslims live across the globe — from Indonesia to Nigeria, Bosnia to America. Only ~15% are Arab.
A Complete Holistic Way of Life
Islam touches every dimension: personal ethics, charity, justice, health, environmental stewardship, and heartfelt worship.
Direct Relationship with the Creator
There are no intermediaries or confessionals in Islam. Every human being has direct, unfiltered access to God at any moment.

Who Is Allah?
Allah is the Arabic word for “The One True God” — the same Creator worshipped by Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. Arabic-speaking Christians and Jews also call God “Allah”.
Pure Divine Monotheism
Allah has no partners, no parents, no children, and no equals. He was not born, nor does He die. Nothing in creation is comparable to Him (Surah Al-Ikhlas 112).
99 Beautiful Names & Attributes of Allah
Muhammad ﷺ
Unlike mythologized figures of antiquity, the life of Muhammad ﷺ was meticulously documented in hundreds of thousands of historical reports (Hadith & Seerah) detailing his public affairs, personal habits, prayers, and kindness.
“And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to all the worlds.”
— Quran 21:107Who Was Prophet
Muhammad ﷺ?
Muslims do not worship Muhammad ﷺ. He was a human messenger chosen by God to receive and embody the Quran. Born an orphan in Makkah, he spent his 23-year mission calling humanity back to the worship of One God and instituting revolutionary social rights.
Treatment of Family & Children
Played with toddlers, mended his own clothes, assisted with chores, and exemplified unmatched domestic tenderness.
Universal Forgiveness
Upon victoriously re-entering Makkah after 20+ years of persecution, he granted unconditional general amnesty.
Defender of the Vulnerable
Established rights for orphans, widows, slaves, and workers — forbidding cruelty to both humans and animals.
Historical Transparency
Every detail of his public and private life was preserved by eyewitnesses through verified biographical chains (Isnad).

Islam is composed of Iman (the 6 internal beliefs in the heart) and Islam (the 5 tangible actions of worship in life).

The Quran & Why Muslims Pray
How Muslims connect with the direct Word of God, and how Salah creates peace five times daily facing the Kaaba.
The Holy Quran
114 Chapters • 6,236 VersesPreserved Revelation
AuthenticityThe verbatim words of God revealed in Arabic to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ through Angel Gabriel over 23 years. Preserved letter-for-letter in text and oral recitation since the 7th century.
Why Do Muslims Pray 5 Times?
Salah is not a ritualistic burden — it is a spiritual oasis. Pausing worldly anxieties 5 times a day grounds the heart in humility, gratitude, and mindfulness before the Creator.
No. The Kaaba is a physical unifier (Qibla), not an idol. Muslims worship Allah alone.
One Continuous Chain of Prophecy
Islam is not a new religion founded in the 7th century. It is the continuation and culmination of the same primordial truth preached by all biblical prophets.
Adam (AS) (آدم)
Created with intellect and free will; taught the power of immediate repentance.
What Does Islam Believe About Jesus?
A Muslim cannot be a Muslim without loving and revering Jesus (Isa, peace be upon him). Islam affirms his miraculous virgin birth to Mary (Maryam), his miracles, and his status as the Messiah — while clarifying he is a noble prophet of God, not God Himself.
